This is a notice that permit #F030109 is hereby reinstated as a result of the fact that Mr. Jim Bell has hired Mr. Bryan McNutt; a CFPM with a currect license with WCHD. Mr. Bell's mobile food unit is now in compliance with section 115.117 B of the WCHD Regualtions Governorning Food Establishments. Be advised that Mr. McNutt must be available at all times by phone if he is not onsite while the mobile unit is open. He must also demonstrate active managerial control over this permit which requires frequent monitoring of the food handling practices at this unit.

- General Comments that relate to this Inspection
Make sure that hot water is working when unit is in operation.Reviewed permitting for unit with WCDHD supervisor Dave McNinch; Matt Polley; owner of Java Jungle; and Jim Bell; owner present. Mobile unit to be serviced daily at the end of the shift at the deport which is to be Java Jungle at 246 W. 1rst Street; Reno. The 3 compartment sink to be used for washing all equipment with quats sanitizer. Test strips available onsite. Grey water to be dumped into mop sink.The mobile unit will be stored at 523 W. 11th Street; Reno. The warehouse for food and equipment storage has been approved under permit F070234 at this address.Any commercially prepared foods including; but not limited to hot dogs; cheese; frozen canned beans; in which packaging has been opened for service will be discarded at the end of the shift. Foods with opened packaging cannot be stored at the warehouse.Truckee River Vending Ice Cream has been incorporated into this permit by placing both mobile units on the same trailer. The Ice Cream permit has been closed to history and can no longer be operated separate from the Hot Dog mobile unit. (See attached letter.)Mr. Bell to inform inspector when he enrolls in CFPM class.
