General Comments that relate to this Inspection Dishwasher test strips log shows the dishwasher have been functioning since January. However; between October and January of last year the test strips log showed that the dishwasher was not reaching 180F and there are no notes concerning maintenance or corrective action. If the dishwasher is not working it cannot be used as a sanitizer unless it can maintain 180F; must use a third sanitizer step in the interim. General Comments that relate to this Inspection All fridges <=41FFreezers <=0FMost food is from UNRDishwasher is high temp; tested daily. Test strip log shows unit is working properly Facility has a garden in back. Director said whole produce is given to parents. She expressed interest in composting and cooking with food from the garden. Highly recommend contacting Ashley Jeppsen at NV Dept. of Ag about school garden best practices and on-site checklist prior to cooking or composting.
