    Dairy is being checked at cash register to ensure it is not expired. Handsink did not have paper towels or liquid soap. Need to make sure handsinks are stocked to ensure good handwashing.Observed ice scoop in a shallow cardboard box on top of the ice machine. Must be stored in a separate clean container to minimize cross contamination. Light fixtures in general grocery store are not covered. This is a repeat violation from the last two years. There is a ceiling panel missing in the grocery store that needs to be repaired or replaced.
