Note: Milk needs to be portioned better/monitored so we limit the time it is above 41 degrees. Suggestion: As soon as lunch is finished, teachers can return the milk to the refrigerator. This will limit the time the milk stays on the cart at room temperature.

Notes: - Dish machine is high temp but is also set up with chlorine. Only need one or the other!
-Purchase chlorine or other sanitizer to sanitize food contact surfaces/ use if dish machine goes down.
-Do not have teachers leave cereal scoops in the containers.
-PIC Jon is scheduled to take a food safety class within the next month.
