Comments: A bottle containing chemical or cleaning agent was not labeled stored under the 3 bay sink. Working containers used for storing poisonous or toxic materials shall be clearly and individually identified with the common name of the contents.

Correction: Clean equipment, utensil(s), laundered linen(s), single service article(s), and single use article(s) shall be stored in a clean dry location, not exposed to splash, dust, or other contamination, and at least 6 inches off floor.
Comments: Container of eating utensills wrapped in plastic covering was stored on the floor near the service counter. Store all eating utensils 6 inches off the floor.

Correction: Cold or hot holding equipment used for potentially hazardous foods shall be designed to include and shall be equipped with at least 1 temperature measuring device that is located to allow for easy viewing.
Comments: There were no thermometers provided in the reach in cooler (2 door) in the kitchen and in the back room reach in cooler. Provided theremometers in reach in coolers. Temperatures inside reach in coolers was 37 degrees F.
