Correction: Every part of physical structure shall be maintained in a safe and sound condition capable of supporting reasonably expected loads.
Comments: Ceiling is decayed and buckling. Repair ceiling to a structurally sound condition and reseal/paint the surface.

Remove all peeling paint from the structure and repaint or seal the surfaces. 3) CAP OFF THE RAISED PVC PIPING COMING THRU THE FLOOR WHERE THE OLD SODA LINES USED TO GO INTO TO ELMINATE THE ACCUMULATION OF DEBRIS.4) THE SERVICE WINDOWS ARE DAMAGED AND ARE ALLOWING OUTSIDE ELEMENTS SUCH AS RAIN, SNOW AND VERMIN TO ENTER THE ESTABLISHMENT. REPLACE THE WINDOWS TO PROPERLY SEAL.4) HOLE IN THE WALL BENEATH THE ELECTRICAL BOX. REPAIR THE WALL AND PAINT IT.
