After many years of not going to checkers, I had the sudden craving for what I remembered the All American burger to be. After waiting 5 minutes in the drive thru line, a different worker asked me to pull up. So I parked my car and waited for another 5-10 minutes. While pulling up, I noticed the car behind me had already gotten their order. I walked up to the pick up window after not receiving my order, and the confusion immediately erupted. The gentlemen who took my order told the woman that had me pull up and wait that she was suppose to give me the bag that the car behind me was given. Great. So I waited yet again for the order to be made and during so I watched the woman put the bread of my sandwiches in the toaster without using proper gloves. When she noticed me at the window, she proceeded to put on her one use gloves for the rest of my meal. Then while finishing up, her cell phone rang and she announced it. I humorously asked for a nice free perk for the wait and she had me wait by the window after giving me my bag, to get me a free meal coupon and tell me "IF you decide to come back, you can get a free combo. Sorry again for the wait." But I think it's safe to say I won't be returning to this location. Especially after reading this website on their health code violations. Getting home, I realized I was not into the All American burger- the two things I hate most is pickles and mustard and it was drenched and stacked with both. I'm just a 21 year old on a Friday night trying to get a late night dinner. You guys can keep your free meal coupon. The name on my receipt was Brandy or Brenda, something like that. Whoever was working at 10 last night, (1/9/15), and mixed up the orders.
