KC and Baltimore are similar, with the exception that Baltimore can hit more home runs. I think with that advantage, Baltimore will come out on top....in 5 or 6 games.

It will be a great series.

Anyone know of someplace in DC for us sad Nats fans to watch and at least get some consolation with the O's?

Where I live we have two teams in town, 10 miles apart on the same rickety subway line. A fan of one would not dream of rooting for the other. In fact, they would wish the other team to choke and crash in defeat. Fortunately, one team has not won a WS in over a hundred years, the other team has won once since 1917. So the bars and beer joints on both sides of town are quiet again this time of year, as usual. This ia a good time to kick back and listen to smooth jazz and blues, and wonder how cold the winter will be. And don't worry about next year -- it will be the same as this year.

Ah, ChiTown, the Eternal City; where the pleasures of Schadenfreude are learned early in life.

IIRC what I heard on TV recently, KC and Baltimore played 7 games in the regular season, with KC winning 4 of the 7; thus the teams seem rather evenly matched.

I'm a lifelong O's fan, so will be rooting for the birds.

The games have still been close and good. On paper at least, I think Baltimore has the better pitcher in games 3 and 4, and it's not like the Royals' starters have been anywhere near unhittable thus far.

The O's aren't out of it unless Buck keeps making stupid decisions like bringing his closer into a tie game. Game 1 against NY, game 1 against KC, and game 2 against KC... you'd think he'd learn. Closers suck in tie games.

Recently heard pundit Al Galdi say that of the top 100 prospects in the farm systems, not one is an Oriole.

Poor Birds.

Poor Birds.
Seems like a typical Dan Duquette team. Just make the team competitive enough to get over .500 every year.
