Maybe a buck for electricity to run the pumps per month. In south Florida the water/sewer bills were around $100/mo.

It's not that uncommon for townhomes. Our HOA is $148/mo and that includes exterior maintenance, grounds keeping (they do a very nice job of keeping the common areas/grounds looking nice), trash/recycling pickup, snow removal/salt, and water/sewer. It's pretty low HOA for this area. Some townhomes and condos around here charge upwards of $300/mo.

In Chicago, water is free! Except it really comes out of our taxes, so I really pay about $2800 a year. Hahaha

I am seeing the about everyone pays and I think the water is very pricy here in NC.. I avg $50-$60/month year round.. I am very careful about the water so I think it would double if I am not paying attention to it.

We're in a 3,000 sf house, 1/3 acre, 3 people, vegetable garden in a greenhouse, and 2 large lawns. Our water runs $50 or so except in July/August when we have to water the lawn and garden, and then about $70. That's for about 200 gallons a day/275 gallons a day.

Usually 7 dollars a month. I have a septic system and don't pay for sewer.
