Can someone else do Connecticut, they got a lot of black people too.
2017 Connecticut

1) Bridgeport- 52,035 35.5% Black
2) Hartford- 46,645 37.8% Black
3) New Haven- 44,940 34.3% Black
4) Waterbury 21,725 20.0% Black
5) Stamford- 19, 625 15.0% Black

6) East Hartford- 14,090 28.0% Black
7) Hamden 13,300 21.7% Black

These 14 towns account for roughly 500,000 Black people (or about 60% of all blacks in Southern New England) in about 260 square miles. New England segregation is fascinating.

I had to make some edits, Randolph surpassed Cambridge AND Lynn.

Cambridge also surpassed Lynn.

A lot of that has to do with how urban the southern half of the region is too.

What percentage of whites do those 14 towns account for? I wouldn't be too surprised if it were a pretty big number.

I gurs, they’re Certainly significant bu twhites are a minority and all of those towns except for Cambridge 60% Worcester 55% and Hamden 60%. about 35%\40% of those towns is Latino Mostly Puerto Rican and Dominican. I can get the stats later but I would think whites are about 35% of those towns on average. So on paper the towns are very diverse but in reality there’s just so many suburbs and New England that are 85% or more white. And the whites live in the most far flung and suburban parts of the small cities.

If I may, here is a list from 2014: U.S. Black Population Percentage Metro Area Rank Based on ACS 2010-2014 data

So, from this list, Greenville MS would be first for areas with at least 50,000 people. Orangeburg SC would be second, then Vicksburg MS, Roanoke Rapids NC in NE NC at #4 and then Albany GA 5th.

Woodland Hills is not a municipality, it is a school district that serves ~6 boroughs.
