In old New England coastal towns...

Daytrippers were the summer people of low class

Washashores were those with some cash

Three generations are needed to be acceptable to the locals. LOL.

I think you're onto something there. Many of my local politicians use that in their campaign plugs.
"My grandfather started farming here in 1936..."

That, or having an area road named after your family. Most of the roads are the original ones and appeared before this was even declared a city.

In Ireland Dubliners call country folk "Culchies" or worse "Muck Savages". Dubliners proudly wear their label "Jackeen" head held high.

Not really. As in, not at all.

F.I.S.H.T.A.B, a term for a FIB pulling a boat.

FIB; F'ing Illinois B'terd.

FISHTAB; F'ing Illinois S-head, towing a boat.

We also call them Flatlanders when speaking directly to them.

Generally they are rude, drive way too fast, don't know how to park and always seem to be at the counter throwing a fit over one thing or another.

They spend a sh*tload of money here so we somewhat put up with it.
