Cajun Food Fest?? Sounds like I'll be at Town Point this weekend! I just got back from New Orleans a few weeks ago, and I'm craving some cajun chow.

The website says these foods will be available...
fresh crawfish, jambalaya, gumbo, etouffee, alligator, chicken on a stick, sausages, muffuletta, andouille and beignets - all prepared by Louisiana chefs!

Festival guests can also find these favorites: fresh shucked oysters, po-boy sandwiches, dirty rice, crab cakes, soft shell crabs, sno balls, root beer floats, smoothies, Italian water ice, glazed nuts, kettle corn and funnel cakes and plenty more!

Guests can wash it all down with a variety of beverages including a fine selection of beers from New Orleans 'Abita Brewing Company' as well as New Orleans-born Southern Comfort Hurricanes.

Sounds like fun!

Lily Lady, I just want to tell you how impressed I am with the work you've put into this. It's a great resource--and will continue to be in years to come (even though dates may change, it will remind people what events to look for).
