Ah, but they make money whereas leftist radio does not.
In addition to me listening to conservative radio like Rush, I also use to listen to Air America with liberal or leftist hosts.
The difference is that Air America was bleeding money and went bankrupt twice and was being propped up by wealthy leftist until they realized it was a losing cause.
Today the only national liberal radio is NPR (which is funded in part by we the taxpayers) and they are supposed to be neutral, but clearly are not.
I`m a leftist who reads books and newspapers and I don`t form my thoughts and opinions from listening to talk shows.

If you want good music, noncommercial radio is the way to go. And if you can't separate a radio station's music offerings from its news offerings, that's your problem.

I'm pretty sure you know I have an idea of what good music is and I don't need to rely on noncommercial radio to find it (at least not like in previous decades). We've posted quite a bit over the years in the Music forums, remember?
Because Liberal stations fail. Where there's a market, there's a market. Economics.
That's why they're all on internet "radio", Sirius etc. Aside from a few or NPR. Fewer than 100 U.S. commercial radio stations carry liberal talk programs.
Radio requires ratings (revenue) and none of the left personalities or shows were working. Air America = financial disaster.

Outrage is the conservative way of communication. Outrage, hyperbole, paranoia, and overuse of the words liberal, Marxist, socialist, propoganda, bias, communist, leftist, indoctrinate, groom, and any of their derivatives.
