Me too, I've heard a couple other songs by Ali Thomson and I thought he was a really good singer, didn't he get criticized for sounding too much like Paul McCartney?

Yes, he did get criticized, just like Robbie Dupree for sounding like Michael McDonald. Remember his (Robbie Dupree) hits from 1980, "Steal Away" and "Hotrod Hearts"? Hopefully, Ali will have his album reissued on cd some day! Robbie Dupree is great. You must have heard of him?
