The AC at North Hills is very nice! I've stayed a couple of times. After a few too many at the rooftop bar(Level7) and the Yard House.

I was a bit surprised that Raleigh is getting a second AC. But Glenwood South is the perfect place.

I don't get that far down Hillsbrough street often. I'll have to make a special trip to check out the new Target.

A 33 floor+ tower should be announced soon.

Another 33 floor tower should release renderings soon.

Probably another 3 tall high rises to be announced in the coming months. I’m surprised the amount of high rises being built and announced isn’t slowing down but accelerating in the amount and size

I am way too lazy to post how many high rises 15+ floors that have been built and announced (excluding the one Brevard because it didn’t Happen) but it’s a lengthy list. Maybe around 17 or so built or under construction

Monroe Bypass is finally happening. Looks like it may take a while. North and South ends are making a mess of Highway 74.

What it will bring with it is a mess of sprawl to what is a massive area of farmland. This state continues to lose much of its beautiful natural beauty.... especially in the piedmont. Im afraid of what 2050 will look like.

Busses got a new look

This map shows the gold line extension

The Charlotte "CityLynx" Streetcar S70

This will become the new "logo" of the city instead of the terrible "ChArLOTte's got a lot!" mess. Advertising and different groups will use this:

Pretty much the city government logo and the logo used on all the street signs and government buildings

Both of those Charlotte logo's are not indicative of one of the largest cities in the country. No one outside of Charlotte cares about the crown. As well it always is a reminder that Atlanta is the king.
