In order to order and get the banners for display just call Eileen Aberle who works in Soldier's and Sailor's Building in Pierre where the banners will be housed when not traveled. Cool, when they come to Ft. Meade, I will be able to check them out, if I haven't made a trip to Pierre by then!

I am so very sorry that I haven't kept up with these. It's my bad. I've been overwhelmed with everything else. Again, sorry. When I started it two years ago, I thought I would be on hand. I haven't. Please give me a few to get it going again. My flag waves every day. Rain or shine. But I have been lax in this.

Lives lost in war, are never in vein. I've visited the wall, several times and each and every time, it too a while to get there. Would stop at a bench and reflect. Get up and move to the next bench and have to stop. Set for a while and move to the next bench. Have a lot of buddy's on that wall. They stand proud.

Last stand was in Desert Storm. There's no wall for Desert Storm. So, we kind of stand alone, just like our brothers.

Thank you for allowing me to serve. Never in vein, always in Justice.

The B1-B flyby was amazing. It rattled my house pretty well. It was something that made me proud to be an american.

There have been 4,650 coalition deaths -- 4,333 Americans, two Australians, one Azerbaijani, 179 Britons, 13 Bulgarians, one Czech, seven Danes, two Dutch, two Estonians, one Fijian, five Georgians, one Hungarian, 33 Italians, one Kazakh, one South Korean, three Latvians, 22 Poles, three Romanians, five Salvadoran, four Slovaks, 11 Spaniards, two Thai and 18 Ukrainians -- in the war in Iraq as of August 4, 2009, according to a CNN count. The list below is the names of the soldiers, Marines, airmen, sailors and Coast Guardsmen whose deaths have been reported by their country's governments. The list also includes 12 U.S. Defense Department civilian employees. At least 31,460 U.S. troops have been wounded in action, according to the Pentagon.

17 of those fallen, were from South Dakota. Thankfully, none of late.

Thank God! The list stands, by my source. I thankfully, don't need to add to it.

My flag flies true. I raise it every morning, drop it at night. I thank every day for God to allow me to do that.
