Ahhhhhhh, gooey butter cake! It is supposed to be delicious. The crust in your picture looks a little too thick. The filling should be creamy smooth and very sweet. Looks as if they put too much powdered sugar on the top. Of course that's ok if you like that much. Outside of St. Louis bakeries, the only store bought brand is Haase bakery that is any good.
Lovely pictures of your group. Still would love to 'come down' and meet with all of you. But between health problems, husband's and mine and fuel prices......!!!???!!!

I've heard that OGBCake is supposed to be delicious, too, but I'm afraid it simply wasn't...at least, it wasn't to me...or to my dh, either.
On another note, I went to Angeli's Pizza in Ozark last weekend and it was fabulous so we have another pizza place to try when that time comes around again! As a matter of fact, I am looking forward to going back again soon.
Anyone interested? It doesn't have to be an official OTFCC so if anyone wants to get together, just let me know! We'll schedule it in a Direct Message.
