I also really liked La Hacienda Del Sol on Road 68 in Pasco near Wal-Mart

The quesadillas. Oh, god, the quesadillas at Tacos la Diferencia. So good, so easy, such value.

4th and Court. Not far from Garibaldi. Of course, last time I was there was a year and a half ago--change could have occurred.

I've had previously mentioned that I really loved Chapala Express back in 2008, I went there again a year and a half ago and it wasn't quite as great as it was several years ago, I wonder if people still like Chapala Express just as much today as they did several years ago?

You have a really good memory if you can really remember what they were like 7 years ago! I have not noticed any change in quality in any of the remaining Chapala mini-chain. (that includes at least El Chapala, Chapala Express, and Kiko's Tacos) To me they are as good as they ever were.

Then again, maybe if I took a 7 year break a gradual decline that I don't notice would be noticeable to me.

I was never a great fan of Casa Chapala back when it was where CdM is now, mainly because, well, CdM was closer and better. I guess the owner of CC overextended himself and had to retrench a bit. Now and then I'd eat at El Chapala on Columbia Drive, more for variety than out of preference, but by the end my favorite 'good Mexican option without having to cross a bridge' was 3 Margaritas on Canal.

I've had gone there a few other times in 2010-2011 and the last two times (2013-2014) wasn't as great as the times I've gone there in 2008-2011.
