Raw eggs stored above juice and pop containers in fridge. Move raw eggs to bottom shelf to prevent cross contamination if eggs break on to other food items. Corrected on site with education.

Drawer storing grill scraper under fryer/grill area is no longer cleanable. Grease build-up. Reseal with 2 coats of varnish or light colored paint to make surface non-absorbent and easily cleanable.

1) Clean underside of grill and fryer aso back stainless steel wall behind units. Heavy grease build-up. 2) Slight growth on ice chute/water filtration inside large ice machine. Drain, wash, rinse, and sanitize more frequently to prevent growth and ice contamination.
- Cleanability of floors, walls, and ceilings
Provide cove base for all wall/floor junctures in kitchen, bar, and restrooms. Close floor/wall gaps and make surface easily cleanable.
- Food temperature measuring devices are provided and readily accessible
Provide a stem thermometer to temp chicken and burgers to ensure meat is cooked well done before serving. (chicken 165 dergees, burgers 155 degrees)
- Miscellaneous sources of contamination
Air drying dishes next to hand sink in back kitchen area. Must provide a splash guard on hand sink to prevent dirty water from washing hands contaminating clean dishes, or switch sides to move sanitizing sink basin and air drying to other end away from handwashing sink.
