    Observation: TCS (time/temp control for safety) food was observed in coolers past 7 day shelf life. TCS food was discarded at time of inspection.
  • Plumbing system maintained in good repair
    Observation: Hand sink in the kitchen has a leak on the faucet, sprayer sink on 2 hole sink has a leak on faucet, and T joint under 2 hole sink has a leak.
  • Miscellaneous sources of contamination
    Observation: Kenmore stand up and Montgomery Ward freezers both have ice buildup inside.

    Observation: Pepsi cooler has a torn door gasket.

    Observation: Lights in the dry storage area are not shatter resistant or have an adequate cover.
  • Non-food contact surfaces and food contact surfaces of cooking equipment and pans are clean
    Observation: Underneath server station pop machine has become soiled.
  • Test kit provided and used to measure sanitizing solution concentration
    Observation: Do not have a test strips for quat sanitizer.
