Posting of a valid license Observation: Food Licenses were not posted in a viewable location at time of inspection. Person in charge moved the licenses out from the back office and will post in a conspicuous location.
Shellstock, maintaining identification Observation: Shellstock tags for the fresh live oysters, clams, and mussels are not kept with the products on display in the seafood department. Tags are kept in a plastic organizer. Employee in the seafood department placed the tags with the fresh live items. Keep with live shellstock until items are sold.
In-use utensils, between-use storage Observation: Utensils stored in containers of room temperature water at the Chinese station. Employee removed the containers and placed utensils into dry containers.
