    Observation: Several frozen fishes such as Mackerel, and Norway Mackerel are not labeled with the name of food product, or distributor.The owner has distributors list presented at the time of inspection. Packed food must comply with standard of identity requirements. Advised to label food with the common name and distributor on the fish or on the door. Repeat violation.
  • Separating raw animal foods from raw ready to eat food and separating raw animal food from cooked ready to eat foods
    Observation: Quail and shell eggs stored above ready- to- eat (RTE)food such as, vegetable and many other food RTE items. Raw food such as eggs must be stored below RTE food to prevent exposure to contamination. Remove below or separate from ready to eat food. Corrected on site.

    Observation: Boxes of food stored on the floor in both walk-in freezers. Food must be stored Where it is not exposed to dust, or other contamination

    Observation: Several dented cans of stored on shelves. May not use any can that is dented on top, bottom, or side seals. Dented cans stored on dry goods shelf should be removed or discarded. Corrected on site.

    Observation: Several of the cooling units have flickering lighting. Shall have adequate lighting in the coolers. Install new light bulbs.
