Observation:Exposed stud wall behind mop sink and water connections area, must finish with wallboard that will have smooth, cleanable surfaces.

Observation:Dishmachine not delivering sanitizer at proper concentration, undetectable on test strips, service has been called. Must be at 50 ppm minimum.
- Non-food contact surfaces and food contact surfaces of cooking equipment and pans are clean
Observation:1) Wire shelving in walk in beer cooler has some dark buildup, if not removed as planned, must be cleaned. 2) Clean soda gun holder, if not replaced, plans to replace all soda lines with new service yet to be installed.

Observation:Has two uncovered light bulbs, one in walk in keg cooler and one in back storage behind the walk in cooler, both need to be shielded or shatter resistant bulb.

- Using a handwashing sink- operation and maintenance
Observation:Two hands have been disabled, not connected to sewer, must reconnect to have handwashing in the ice machine area and kitchen.

Observation: All surfaces must be cleaned before use, dusty since business has been closed.
- Indoor and outdoor surfaces
Observation:Wallboard in kitchen is uneven wooden slats, must provide a smooth cleanable surface, exposed rock wall in kitchen needs covered to make smooth cleanable surfaces. Floor wall coving in bar and kitchen area needed. Transition strip in door of kitchen to bar area needed.

Observation:All equipment and surfaces must be cleaned and sanitized before use for foods and food service.

Observation:Any foods left over from previous owner must be discarded, if has been opened.
