    Observation: Employee handle ready to eat cookies with bare hands. Employee was instructed to put gloves on and cookies were voluntarily discarded during inspection. Corrected.

    Observation: Dish machine not properly sanitizing food contact surfaces. Staff were instructed to use plastic utensils and plates for the day and to manually sanitize until dish machine is fixed.
  • Using a handwashing sink- operation and maintenance
    Observation: Hand sink blocked by boxes. Boxes were moved during inspection. Corrected.
