Observation: Using all purpose cleaning to clean food contact surface in kitchen area. All purpose cleaner is not food grade. Use chlorine tablets and use test strips to ensure concentration is maintained 50-100ppm. CORRECTED ON SITE WITH EDUCATION.

Observation: Facility planning on serving tomatoes and lettuce for burgers. Must install a food preparation sink to properly wash vegetables and prevent contamination. Has one month to install sink.

Observation: 1) Fridge is old and very dirty. Clean. Owner planning on replacing with a new fridge within 1 month. 2) Defrost and clean reach-in chest freezers more frequently.

Observation: Garage door in front of walk-in cooler does not seal properly. Water from melting snow and pests can easily enter facility. Owner installing a new door within 2 weeks.
