All non food contact surfaces of equipment must be clean.Observed 2 compartment sink in back room dirty with standing water. Sink will need to be cleaned and rooom organized. Clean by 6/4/14.
[2] Toilet rooms: self closing doors; fixtures maintained; clean; hand soap/drying devices provided; proper waste receptacle Observed handsink with fruit debris around the sink and on splash guards. Clean by the end of 6/3/14. Make sure to clean handsink to ensure proper handwashing and prevent cross contamination.

Clean thoroughly to prevent vermin attraction and maintain sanitary conditions.Observed floors sinks and around floor sinks dirty with drink debris.
