Several beer bottles noted submerged in ice in ice bin. Beer bottles and ice removed from bin at this time. Discontinue storage of beer bottles in customers' ice to prevent cotamination of ice.Splash guard required on last year's inspection between bar hand sink and ice bin has not been provided. Provide splash guard to prevent splashing from reaching into ice bin.
