All violations from previous reinspection have been addressed. -Hold behind ice machine has been cleaned out and PCO confirmed it was not an opening to outside. - Facility has been on bi-weekly PCO service since routine inspection and will continue on monthly service from here on out.- Facility is much cleaner and staff is aware of pest problems and are actively watching for new evidence.

Back store room and kitchen significantly cleaner. Area behind the refrigeration unit on the sales floor swept and cleaned.Facility received new shelf-life list from the distributor. Facility does not have a set system for lableing deli items like burritos; hot pockets; breakfast sandwiches etc. Items are currently being labeled according to a 2013 shelf life list from Core Mark. Operator needs to obtain a current list from supplier and develop a set system for labeling these items. All items wrapped in paper were discarded during inspection and any new items must be labeled with a 7 day sell by date until a new list from the supplier can be produced.

Observed evidence of mice throughout facility. Droppings present under soda machine and in numerous areas of back rooms. Facility has begun a service contract with a Pest Control company and traps have been set throughout facility. Holes outside faucets have been sealed to prevent entry. Facility needs to deep clean all areas of back room from floor to ceiling making sure to discard any food contact wrappers that may have been in contact with mice. Facility needs to deep clean behind all refrigeration equipment on main floor and along side Slurpee machine and under all soda and drink station cabinets. Shelves should be cleaned with a mild bleach solution. Facility needs to clean up all leaves and other debris along back side of building; around trash bin and along fence bordering 7th street. Facility needs to install a permanent threshold to door from back storage to eliminate entry for mice.

All exterior holes where mice can enter building need to be properly sealed then a mass trapping should follow. Baiting should only occur on the exterior of the building.
