Most items noted on the previous inspection of 7/22/2013 have been corrected.Ok to leave top of walk-in cooler open to ceiiling per contrator's request for air circulation for compressor mounted on top of walk-in cooler. There is sufficeint clearance for cleaning of dust of top of walk-in cooler. Ensure to clean to of walk-in cooler on scheduled basis at least quarterly.Closure strips to be installed between sides of walk-in cooler and adjacent walls; grouting to be applied on tile flooring where grouting is receding by tomorrow.Ok to issue permit to operate kitchen; Permit #F130219.Clean and sanitize all work surfaces; food conatct surfaces of utensils and equipment prior to start of food prep.Plans to start food operations 8/28/2013Risk categrory 3 assigned; This facility must have at least one Certified Food Protection Manager who has completed an approved certification course on staff full time solely for this facility by 10/28/2013

The items noted on the previous inspection conducted on 6/5/13 have been corrected.Ok to issue permit to operateRefrigerators at below 40 F.Noted bar and restrooms' hand sinks stocked and functional.Commercially prepackaged hot dogs and sandwiches to be removed from packages and microwaved by staff to customers. RIsk category 1 being assigned to bar parmit provided that restaurant permit is issued within 30 days. Kitchen will be under restaurant permit #F13219; Equipment installation in kitchen still in progress. Health inspection must be scheduled for kitchen when ready and prior to opening of kitchen. CFPM will be required on restaurant permit at time of permit issuance. No CFPM required for bar permit.Clean and sanitize work surfaces and food contact surfaces of equipment and utensils prior to opening of bar.Provided copy of alcohol warning sign to manager.
