Observed metal stirring spoon for mixing drinks stored in ice bin used for beverages. Discontinue this practice. Do not store anything with the ice used for making beverages other than the ice scoop. Ice scoop must be stored with the handle out of the ice to minimize contact with the ice. * Corrected on site.

Observed barwasher with no recordable chlorine sanitizer. Dishwasher not dispensing proper levels of sanitizer. Repair unit to dispense adequate amounts of sanitizer to ensure proper sanitization.Bar has a 3 compartment sink in back. Please use the 3 compartment sink to set up sanitization step. Use 1 cap of bleach to 1 gallon of water and test solution to be at levels between 50-100 ppm. All barware must be washed; rinsed and sanitized. Dishwasher may be used to wash and rinse and use one basin at 3 compartment sink for sanitize step. All barware and equipment must be fully immersed in chlorine/bleach solution for at least 1 minute and than allowed to air dry. Bar washer to be repaired within 48 hours.

Observed bar gun and bar gun holder with visible mold like substance. Both the bar gun spout and the holder must be cleaned and sanitized on a daily basis. Do acquire a brush to manually scrub both items to prevent mold growth.
