[5] Source sound condition; no spoilage Observed a freezer in the back room; away from public access; with frozen fruit cups and chocolate dipped bananas; Contact said they were from his house. This inspection is serving as a cease and desist of selling food prepared from home. Due to lack of sinks within the operation; food prep is also not permitted on premises at this time. All food products must be obtained from an approved source and food itemspreparecd on site cannot be sold to the public. All food is away from public access and must be removed from facitliy by the end of the day. If contact wishes sell prepared food items in this establishment; they will have to prepare food in a permitted kitchen (meeting operational requirements); apply for a permit to operate and would have to be a certified food manager. All food items or ingredients would need to be from approved sources. All food items perpared by contact after all requirements are met will also need to be labeled with facility name; number; address and contact information. Storage and display of food items must meet at temperature requirements.
