No thermometer found in walk-in cooler or in other refrigerator wirth cream products. Must keep all refrigerated equipment with TCS foods provided with thermometers.

Noted paper towel dispenser for bathroom hand sink empty. Paper towels provided at thsi time. Must keep hand sinks properly stocked at all times.

Noted common trash enclosure of strip mall with large amounts of dirt; grease build-up and trash on floo; ground area around trash enclosure and rear of establishemnt littered with trash and returnable scattered creates. Clean trash enclosure and ground areas of dirt and trash and keep crates neatly stacked and have them picked up periodically.
