General Comments that relate to this Inspection All items from opening inspection have been corrected with the exception of the homestyle fridge replaced with a commercial; NSF approved unit. An extension until June 30; 2016 requested by operator for this item due to budget cycle. This extension is granted. Facility may continue to store frozen items in homestyle freezers after June 30; 2016 but not refrigerated items.

General Comments that relate to this Inspection OK to issue permit until August 18; 2015 by which time the following items must be corrected or the permit to operate may be suspended: - Obtain test strips for Quaternary Ammonia sanitzer solution. - Deep clean all four sinks in kitchen area. - Replace wooden door being used as a cutting board with a plastic cutting board. - Store ice scoop in a container that can be cleaned and sanitized. - Remove all personal items from sink area and store elsewhere. - Remove old caulk and recaulk where sink meets stainless steel panel on wall. The following item must be addressed by December 31; 2015: - Replace homestyle fridge with a commerical; NSF approved unit. Facility will be a risk category 1. Limited food prep for continential breakfast for hotel. Facility shall ensure all dishes are washed; rinsed and sanitized routinely and plastic silverware is stored with handles up to minimize cross contamination. Facility shall also ensure no bare hand contact with ready to eat food during prep.
