No violations observed at time of inspection. Thank you. Cold holding units checked okay and within regulations < 40 F.Food properly stored. No chemicals stored next to food. Dairy dates current. Grocery store observed all use by dates and does not sell any damaged food products. This facility does not have a mop sink. Water for mopping floors is obtained from handsink and the dirty mop water is discarded outside. The facility has a hosebib located outside the grocery store. Reviewed with employee not to dump water into the handsink.Do provide a consipicous placed thermometer at teh Haagan Dazs icecream bunker. The thermometer on the unit is concealed by a candy cart presently.

The following corrections shall be made within 7 days:1) Repair leak at drain pipe. Observed minor leak at "T" in walk in refrigerator.2) Install a self closing device at bathroom door.3) Provide molding trim around perimeter of bathroom door.4) Provide a covered trash receptacle in bathroom. 5) Store all milk containers 6" off ground. All other prepackaged cans and bottled beverages may be stored in walk in unit. 6) Provide light shields at fluorescent bulbs in walk in unit. 7) Provide a cold holding thermometer in the "True" 3 door reach in cold holding unit. This grocery store will be permitted as a risk category 1 health permit. Only commercially prepared and prepackaged foods may be offered for sale at this establishment. No open foods may be offered for sale.** This grocery store may continue to operate coffee pot at establishment."Cold holding units checked Ok and w/in regulations.A follow up inspection will be conducted by 10/17/14.OK to issue permit; OK to operate.
