Cabinets and shelving clean and well maintained. All chemicals stored in location away from food products and handling. Customer area - chocolate prepackaged and sealed. Chocolate room clean and all confection stored in food grade containers. Restrooms operational; clean; and stocked.Floors and counters clean. *Discussed proper sanitizers and cleaning of facility. Test strips on hand. *Discussed no bare hand contact with ready to eat food items - gloves and utensils on hand. *Observed handwashing onsite and proper food handling. *No additional CFPMS for this facility. No employees have failed serve safe exam in last year.
