Chocolate room clean and all confection stored in food grade containers. Restrooms operational; clean; and stocked.Floors and counters clean. *Discussed proper sanitizers and cleaning of facility. Test strips on hand. *Discussed no bare hand contact with ready to eat food items - gloves and utensils on hand. *Observed handwashing onsite and proper food handling. *No additional CFPMS for this facility. No employees have failed serve safe exam in last year.

Mop sink ok. **Dorinda has completed the serve safe course and will need to come down to WC Health District and apply for and receive WC food managers card and certificate by 4/9/14.
