CFPM requirements have not been met. Spoke to Joey Trujillo about CFPM classes will give Hub Coffee until 12/1 to complete Serve Safe Class. If class is not completed by the deadline The Hub Coffee's snack bar for food prep will cease and desist all food operations until CFPM requirments have been completed. Will follow up on 12/1/15. Becky Tachihara is in the process of taking course.

All plumbing installed properly and drains properly. Floor sinks set properly. Counters ok. Reach in cooler 40 f. .Floors ok. This facility will be doing process 1 foods (Ready to eat items). Cutting of veggies and assembling ready to eat food items will occur. Reach in makeup cooler @ 40 f - cutting board in good condition. Prep area constructed properly and surfaces all smooth; sealed; durable; and easily cleanable. Refrigerators all NSF @ 40 f. Handsink in area accessible. Dish machine/ 3 compartment onsite. Bread warmer ok. This facility will be a risk 2 facility and will need to have a employee; manager; or owner complete a 16 hour serve safe class with in 60 days of today's date. Gave out CFPM info to owners of facility. CFPM follow up on 11/12/15. If CFPM requirments have not been completed by date given food operation will be temporary suspended until CFPM requirements have been completed.

If this facility wants to do this type of operation an employee or owner must attend a 16 hour serve safe course here in Washoe County. Once course is complete must bring serve safe certificate to Washoe County Health District and receive WC- Food Managers card. List of approved instructors given out.
