Drains properly to floors sink.Back room area - ice machine clean - scoop stored properly and clean. Freezer 0 f. All food frozen.Keg cooler clean - no leaks. Microwave; coffee pot and bar ware clean. 3 compartment sink operational - strips on hand tested @ 50 ppm.Floors and counters clean.Bathrooms clean. **Discussed no bare hand contact to ready to eat food items. Gloves on hand. Gave out hand wash sticker to post at hand wash area.

Bleach is used for sanitation and test strips available.Ice scoop properly stored.Ensure that only towels and green scrubbers are used for cleaning. No sponges.Discussed employee illness/exclusion; new proposed food regs; pest control management (no evidence of vermin obeserved.)
