Ice machine clean. Good scoop storage. Dairy fridge @ 41F. Facility very clean and well kept.*Ensure all food product is stored 6" off floor at all times.Discussed no bare hand contact with ready to eat foods. Ensure gloves or other utensils are used when staff cuts and serves fruits for garnishes.
