Thermometer has ben placed in conspicuous location in refrigerator.Drain lines for soda/ice dispenser have been provided with an air gap above the floor sink.Ice machine will be removed from the establishment by 6/18/10 and is currently turned off and empty. Plan for removal of ice machine was notified by phone prior to this reinspection.Follow-up inspection to be conducted to verify removal of ice machine on or after 6/18/2010. No reinspection fees to be charged on the follow-up inspection.

The Items pending for corrections from the previous inspections conducted on 5/4/2010 and 6/2/2010 have not been corrected.Reinspection fees must be paid at WCHD by 6/15/2010; additional reinspection to be conducted by 6/16/2010. Failure to have corrections made on next inspection will result in further enorcement and payment of additional reinspection fees and progressive enforcment may lead to suspension of health permit.
