Minimum of one certified Food Protection Manager on staff full time required. One CFPM is already on staff; CFPM passed exam on first attempt.Reviewed glove requirement to prevent bare hand contact with ready to eat foods.Provide consumer advisory for menu items that will be served undercooked per customers' request.Post no smoking signs at all public entrances.Plans to open 11/14/15
