No other violations noted. Walk in with dairy at 34 F. Reachin with cream at 32 F.Hand sink stocked. Ice scoop properly stored. Glass ware is washed in 3 compartment sink. Make sure all staff know that the glassware in the 3 compartment sink should be washed in the first sink; rinsed with clean water in the middle sink; and dipped in the sanitizer for 10 secs and then allowed to air dry.

No violations observed at the time of inspectionNOTES:- Regulations require a minimum of 50' candles of light at food preparation areas (the ice machine bin) during times of operation or when in use. The light above the ice machine should be placed on a switch in order to easily dim or turn off the light when not needed as it is currently not convienent for operators to manually disconnect and reattach the bulbs each time.- A copy of the State of Nevada NRS 446 alcohol warning signage has been given to the owner/operator. Pursuant to state law this must be posted at all times during operation. (Corrected on-site).
