OBSERVATIONS; REQUIREMENTS AND RECOMMENDATIONS:- Ensure that sanitizing solution is maintained at 50-100ppm for bleach based solutions. Tested 100ppm after makeup.- Ensure that all chemicals are clearly labeled to prevent misuse (e.g. one spray bottle of cleaner in pool pump room - corrected on-site).- The hand sink was stocked and operational. All restroom hand sinks were stocked and operational.- All refrigeration temperatures were at or near that required by regulation (reach-in 34F; freezer 0F).
