All refrigerated units ay 40 or below and provided with thermometers.Freezers at below 0 F.Quat sanitizer checked at 200 ppm concentration in sanitizer buckets; all sanitzer were just changed and changed every two hours; time kept on timer. Sanitizer was too cloudy before being changed; ensure to change more often than two hours as needed.Noted floor clean under equipment; just needs more detailed cleaning in some hard to reach spots; manager will have detailed cleaning done in these spots shortly.Dishwasher checked at 127 F oin wash cycle and 180 F on final rinse cycle.Noted hand sinks stocked and functional in all prep areas and in restrooms.

NOTES:No violations observed at the time of inspection-Sanitizer rinse on dish machine was 181F at the jacket.-Quat sanitizer bucket water tested ~300ppm. This is an appropriate level pursuant to the manufacturer's labeled instructions.-All hand washing stations were stocked and operation. Ensure that employees wash hands whenever there is a change in duty; break or when handling items such as trash or garbage. Hands must also be washed in conjunction with glove use.-Facility was relatively clean and well organized.

No violations observed at the time of inspection. Routine inspection performed in conjunction with complaint (CM09000094). Unable to validate or verify the anonymous complaint.Store was well maintained with no equipment problems. All hand washing sinks were fully stocked and operational. Store appeared to be very well maintained at the time of inspection. A Certified Pest Control Operator inspects and treats once every 60 days (verified by visial inspection of receipts). Last treatment/inspection was performed by Western Exterminator on 1/13/09. PCO noted the facility was very clean at the time of the treatment.
