No chemical agents should be stored above food products to prevent contamination. In back store room (tiled); observed food and personal items being stored together. Rearrage storage area to keep food items and personal items separated to prevent contamination of food products. In front store room; observed food products being stored on flood. Keep all food products elevated off floor (ie put the boxes on crates) to prevent vermin activity and contamination.
[2] Toilet rooms: self closing doors; fixtures maintained; clean; hand soap/drying devices provided; proper waste receptacle Currently using sink in bathroom as handsink for ice bag preparation. Use sink next to ice machine instead of sink in bathroom in order to prevent contamination. To make handsink near ice machine operational; remove hose from nozzle; and make liquid pump soap and paper towels available.
[1] Floors; constructed; drained; clean; good repair; covering installation; dustless cleaning methods Floor sink and floor near coffee maker needs to be cleaned to prevent attracting vermin.Storage room walls have holes; repair and make smooth and easily cleanable to protect food from pests and expidited spoilage.
General Comments that relate to this Inspection Observed:Milk fridge at 32F; expiration dates good. Expired foods on shelf; corrected on site. **Check foods for expiration dates when recieving from supplier.Hot dogs at 41F; frozen foods kept frozen. Stock milk kept in cold room next to open walk in cooler. Move milk farther into walk-in and keeping door shut to prevent spoilage. Open sugar bag behind counter. Keep sugar bag closed to prevent contamination and pest attraction.
