Bathroom - ok. **Add smooth; sealed; durable easily cleanable to side of the cabinets discussed before operating to public. **Ok to operate and issue permit.

Opening Inspection:In order to operate and open Scoops the following must be completed. 1. Stand alone handsink must be installed for employees.2. All counters must be completed. 3. Floor where freezer is located will need to be finished. Paint exposed wood. 4. Back room must be completed. All drywall must be painted and wall completed with a smooth; sealed; surface. 5. Dipper Well must be installed and draining to a floor sink. 6. All electrical covers and any holes in wall must be covered and repaired. 7. Install sneeze guard in area where dry toppings are located. 8. Behind 3 compartment sink and where dipper well is located install FRP wall material on wall. 9. Finish installation of base board and repair gap in wall. Seal all gaps.Once construction is complete call when ready 328-2434.
