The items noted on the previous routine inspection conducted on 1/28/2015 have been corrected.Ensure to do cleaning of items noted on previous report on frequent scheduled basis as some dust noted on top of refirgerator and some dirt observed under ice machine and under front service counter around rear legs. Cleaning will done today per staff and will incorporate to cleaning schedule of facility.Operator will notify property management regarding need of cleaning of trash and pick up of carboard in common trash enclosure.

Cardboard bin is overfilled; call for cardboard pick up.

Drain must be above floor level and be sloped toward the floor sink and provide for one inch air gap above floor sink's top.Floor sink for ice maker not draining properly. Other floor sink in back room is dirty. Clean floor sinks to keep them clean and properly drained.

- General Comments that relate to this Inspection
The following facility deficiencies were observed at the time of inspection:- The overhead lighting is not operational in the back office; storage areas. Repair. Use supplemental lighting as necessary if operating.- The walk-in freezer was not operating however it will not be used as a frezer. Advised operator the space may be used as additional cooler space or dry storage (the freezer opens up into the walk-in cooler).- The lights are going out in the restroom - replace the bulbs and/or starter to obtain adequate light levels.- The hand sink in the back is slow draining - Repair.- Clean and sanitize all areas prior to operation.OK TO ISSUE PERMIT TO OPERATE W/ CONDITIONS LISTED
