Temperature at 90 F; hot water from adjacent sink is turned on until water gets to about 120 F before glass washer is operated.Noted all hand sinks in the perp areas and restrooms stocked and functional.Facility noteed to be kept very clean and organized.

(50-100ppm required).Test strips were available.- Operator is utilizing quat ammonia tablets for sanitizing operations in the 3-compartment sink. Test strips were available.- Counter surfaces are cleaned with a pre-made Comet brand bleach-water disinfectant spray.- All chemicals observed were properly labeled; stored and used.
