Grocery store does not offer for sale any potentially hazardous foods/TCS foods (foods that require temperature controls).Please correct the following items within 7 days on or before 12/23/15:1) Self closure on all the bathroom doors.2) A covered trash can in the women's bathroom for disposal of sanitary items.3) Handwashing signs at every handsink in restroom. 4) Post a "no smoking sign" at every entrance to store. Health inspector will provide handwashing signs.5) Disconnect hose at mop/utility sink or install a vacuum breaker at faucet to prevent backflow.6) Post business hours on front doors. * This facility will be issued a risk category 1 health permit. A food protection manager is not required. A routine inspection will be conducted annually. This inspection will be unnanounced. Notes:This facility has been opened since 12/07/15. The food offered for sale is all prepackaged and non-perishable. No cold holding units on premise. Do call health inspector once these items are added to the grocery store. Food properly stored and off ground.Lighting adequate. Reviewed with operator to rotate food items first in; first out method of rotation. Garbage is picked up by Waste Management every Thursday.OK to operate; OK to issue health permit. Please post official health permit in a conspicous spot for consumers once received via USPS.
