No violations noted at time of inspection.Facility not in operation at time of inspection. -hand sinks stocked; do post handwashing signs (provided) at all handsinks; discussed no bare hand contact requirements-reach in at 39F; thermometers available-ice machine clean; scoops properly stored-all dishes are done in events center stewarding facility-food properly stored-chemicals labeled and properly stored-restrooms stocked and clean-regular pest control by Ecolab; no pest issues noted at time of inspection-facility is clean and well maintained-discussed employee health - ensure anyone with gastrointestinal symptoms (vomiting / diarrhea) is excluded for 48 hours after symptoms stop.

Bar was not operating at time of inspection. Chlorine sanitizing barwasher not used in this bar. All barware/glassware is brought to Events Center Kitchen Dishwasher to cleaned and sanitized. No dairy observed inside cold holding units.Handsinks properly stocked and functional. Bar guns and holders observed clean.
