This violation continues to exist.Thermometer in walk in showing 42F - inspector thermometer showed air blowing from condensor at 46F.No PHF food in unit.Repair or replace unit to maintain 41F or below. This must be corrected by 3/25/16 or a reinspection fee may be accessed.

- General Comments that relate to this Inspection
The following items remain uncorrected at time of opening re-inpsection:1) Replace all non-working lights in walk in refrigerator units. 2) Replace damaged broken ceiling tiles over handsink and coffee maker. All other items have been corrected noted on opening inspection noted on 11/12/14.Do repair all outstanding corrections no later than 12/10/14. Please call health inspector when items have been corrected at 328-2682.Cold holding units checked Okay and observed within regulations. Ice manufactured in properly labeled for traceback capabilities. Thermometers present in all cold holding units. Handsinks properly stocked with liquid soap and sanitary disposeable towels. * Do paint the bare wood base coving in unisex bathroom that was installed and repair hole in drywall behind mop sink. Okay to operate; Okay to issue health permit. The official health permit for the grocery store will be mailed to business address in several weeks. Please post this in a conspicous spot of business. An annual inspection will be conducted within 90 days. This inspection will be uannounced.

The following corrections shall be made prior to permit issuance:1) Replace all non-working lights in walk in refrigerator units. All lights shall be properly shielded.2) Replace all missing ceiling tiles overhead.3) Provide a light switch cover for light in restroom where mop/utility sink is located. 4) The ice machine must be installed so that it drains indirectly. The drain line cannot be plumbed to sanitary sewer. This is to prevent backflow of sewage.5) Investigate sewage gas odor coming from tiled utility room. Replace light to provide adequate lighting6) Provide conspicous thermometers at every cold holding unit. Observed missing thermometers in walk refer where alcoholic beverages are cold held. Observed missing thermometer at ice bag bunker.*** All bags of ice made in store must have labels to name and address of store for traceback capabilities ***7) Install a paper towel dispensor for unisex restroom and provide a self closure at door. A covered trash can must be in restroom for disposal of sanitary products. Call health inspector for reinspection at 328-2682.
